Red Kimono Triangle Bag
A friend gave me two pieces of Japanese kimono belts that he intended to use for tea ceremony, but he did not use them for a long time, so he gave them to me. The two pieces of fabric were previously hanging in front of my desk. Every day, I stared at them for a while and did not know what to do. I did not want to cut them because the width was too narrow. I tried to stitch them together repeatedly, hoping to keep the beauty of the brocade.
I ended up combining them with the structure of the triangle bag. With this choice, I hope to keep their exquisite beauty on my shoulder in autumn.
