2015 Spring/Summer

Sewing has always been a way to make clothes. It used to be a trivial life skill, simple and real, clever and clumsy. Although industrialization has been widely adapted and commonality has replaced individuality, it is still precious for this hand craftsmanship to stay alive and growing. When I see sewing women at work, I find the work boring yet fun, so I decide to incorporate the various techniques of sewing in my design, including the traditional, boring and fun ones, the common sewing tools, and the hilarious mistakes. I maximize handcraftsmanship and manufacture, magnify daily contexts, and maintain a calm, focused mindset.
