2014 Spring/Summer
Touches in everyday life. These touches are tangible, detailed, quiet, and comfortable. They do not remain still in a moment, but flow through the seams of time. However, moonstop hopes to use clothes to sculpt a concrete, tangible touch, or the visible condition when the touch takes place, and integrate the changes of emotions. The 2014 Fall/Winter Collection has a specific context: winter, northern city in Japan, sitting on the floor with water boiling for tea, and cherry blossoms, snow drifting outside. What one feels is a warm, soft and pure cleanness, despite of the cold season. This collection thus uses color and texture to externalize this context in another form. In turn, the psychological touch of this form emerges in clothes.
