In the current social reality that is constantly being renewed, especially in the current situation filled with changes in urban and cultural landscapes, material dependence is equivalent to obtaining pleasure. We define ourselves and obtain a commercialized identity in the unique changes and ups and downs of society.

This exhibition focuses this phenomenon on the 13 rooms of an old factory office building built in the early 1970s in the 798 Art District, where the perceptual stance on virtuality and reality will be unfolded. The theme "Cycle" also implies the ecological phenomenon and living conditions of the current young generation of Chinese artists, and also serves as a representation of topics such as spatial architecture. Some artists in the exhibition chose cartons provided by JD Logistics as the material for their works. "Cartons" as the carrier of the package reflect the relationship between art and daily life under the atmosphere and consumption of the city and the relationship between material and culture in the sociological sense. In the process of excavating and re-creating the surplus value and use value of ready-made products, cartons are given new ecological meanings. In the exhibition, the artist conveys emotions through his works, not intending to bring the audience into the extreme contradiction of attraction and repulsion, but to remind us how to deal with ourselves in the chaotic digital media era and the illusion of rapid development of society. At the end of this exhibition, this old factory office building will also enter its own reconstruction and cycle, and it will be converted into a contemporary children's art center. This may also be "refurbishing used consumer products" to add new interpretations or possibilities.
